Door Light Switch

(1) Aftermarket switch for door contact activation of dome light for all models listed below.

This reproduction switch may require modification depending on your application. -This version has a larger spade with a split in the middle so it can also accept two 3mm spade terminals or one large 6mm spade terminal.

This switch is also for emergency brake light indicator on dash for 1974 through Early 1980 Scirocco/Rabbit/Jetta/Rabbit Convertible/Pickup. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1980 Hand Brake Indicator Application

If you own a 1980 and you don't have the switch, simply look at the wire harness female spade connector.  If it looks wider then the one in the image, then your vehicle uses the later sealed switch with a wider spade connector which is also available in our store.
