is part # 171 711 141E
and was original equipment in Rabbit Gti/ Scirocco II and Golf Gti
though will fit many more 74-93 Vw. Knob is super easy to install,
remove old knob by twisting counter clockwise and install new by
spinning on clockwise threaded insert is same thread pitch (M12x1.75)
used on most all VW shift rods from 1974-1993 see fitment details below.
